HGS Capital provides managed AI infrastructure under the NYXAR brand. This includes AI model training, deployment, and integration services.
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our Merchant of Record. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in immediate suspension of AI infrastructure.
The NYXAR core engine remains the property of HGS Capital. Clients are granted a license to use the engine for their specific business domain during the term of their subscription.
HGS Capital is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated responses. AI is a tool to assist, not replace, human oversight.
