Any initial setup fees for "Empire Custom" tiers are non-refundable once the engineering phase has initiated.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided, but your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
If the AI infrastructure fails to meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the Strategic Brief, we will provide a 14-day technical audit to resolve the issue at no cost.
